Introduction

Admin Options Pages is a WordPress plugin to create your own options pages: a menu, its pages and the fields on them, without writing a single line of code.

Every field stores its value as a normal WordPress option. Read it in your theme with get_option(), show it in your content with a shortcode, or bind it to a block.

Why Admin Options Pages

  • An editor that feels familiar. You find your way from the first click, and smart details save you time. Drag pages and fields into place, and see what is wrong before you save.
  • Just WordPress. Pages are registered with the Settings API and values are stored with the Options API. Deactivate the plugin and your values are still there.
  • Nothing on your front end. The plugin loads no scripts or styles on your website.
  • For every developer. Change saved values with filters, or add your own field types with the Field Types API.
