Requirements

Minimum
WordPress 6.9
PHP 8.1

WordPress 6.9 is needed for the Attributes panel of the block editor, where you bind a block to a field.

From your dashboard

  1. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
  2. Search for Admin Options Pages.
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.

Upload the plugin

  1. Download the ZIP file from WordPress.org.
  2. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin and choose the file.
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate.

You can also unzip the file into wp-content/plugins/ and activate the plugin on the Plugins screen.

After activation

A new menu Options Pages appears in the admin, with All Options Pages, Add new, Settings and Import / Export. Only administrators (users with the manage_options capability) can create and edit options pages.

Uninstalling

When you delete the plugin on the Plugins screen, it removes its own table, its settings and the options of all its fields. Deactivating the plugin removes nothing.

Want to keep your pages? Export them before you delete the plugin.
